Equip and send to reach new corners
Now that you've finished the Encounters with Jesus Series and hosted a Launch Gathering, there are probably several students who are ready to start their own small group Bible study or who would be willing to help host one. Keep the momentum going and give away the mission by empowering those students to lead. This week in your small group use the Multiplying Small Groups Worksheet to help students gain vision, receive training, and make invitation plans.

Pray for God to send out laborers
You can cast vision for new leaders and for multiplying small groups, but these new leaders need an encounter with Jesus. He's the one who calls and sends his people. So before leading students through the worksheet, pray in advance that God would be faithful to call his people and send out laborers into his harvest fields.
Continue to encounter God together
After a small group has finished the Encounters with Jesus Series, make plans to continue encountering God together as a community. There are a lot of great Bible study resources out there. Consider Anchored in the Holy Spirit as a resource to help your small group respond to the power and presence of the Holy Spirit in your lives.

But each encounter is also just a start, an invitation to keep experiencing the intimacy, power, and breakthrough of God’s presence with you and to keep diving deeper as a disciple in the Holy Spirit!
