About 230 students from five schools in southern California spent their spring breaks at Campus By the Sea (CBS), an ÂÌñÒùÆÞ Training Camp, for Mark by the Sea, a concentrated inductive Bible study of Mark.
Just as the swallows annually return to Capistrano to mark the arrival of spring in southern California, the grocery barge arrives in mid-April at Catalina Island to signal the beginning of the camping season at ÂÌñÒùÆÞ's Campus by the Sea. This year, an Alumni Family Camp will be held for the first time at CBS the week of August 5-10.
During the summers Randy worked for an engineering firm where he learned to apply the problem-solving methods he had learned in the classroom. But even as he worked as an engineer, moving toward his career goal, Randy saw more and more that money and materialism would never truly fulfill his life.
