IVP Announces Search for New Publisher

(Madison, WI) ---ñ Christian Fellowship has begun a search for a publisher for ñ Press, a national leader among Christian publishers. Bob Fryling has announced that in June 2016.
Since its inception in 1947, IVP has been a key part of ñ Christian Fellowship’s ministry, annually publishing a wide range of titles designed to equip and encourage people to follow Jesus as Savior and Lord in all of life. IVP has been recognized by broader audiences for the quality of books it produces. From rigorous academic texts to practical small group discussion guides, incisive cultural analyses to invitations to spiritual formation, IVP titles serve the campus, church, and the world.
Recent years have been among some of the most challenging years in the history of publishing, but IVP has remained financially healthy, and it has been certified as a “Best Christian Workplace” six consecutive times. IVP titles are consistently found on lists of the best books of the year compiled by Christianity Today and other media.
In his 19 years as publisher, Bob Fryling has built a strongly unified and gifted leadership team that has led IVP to flourish. ñ seeks a new publisher who is inspired by IVP’s rich publishing heritage and is excited to lead innovation and growth in a rapidly changing environment.
Located in Westmont, Illinois, IVP has been publishing thoughtful Christian books for nearly 70 years. Current publishing focuses on three imprints: IVP Books, IVP Academic, and IVP Connect.
