News Release
For Release on August 15, 2006

The campus web ministry of ñ has launched a new website for university and college students. “Even though this new ministry is online and ‘virtual,’ it’s as real as ñ’s other field ministries,” said Jeff Yourison, director of ñ’s campus web ministry, which oversees the development of

is aimed at students who are Christians and those who are not, but who have an interest in spiritual life. The editorial team at formerly published ñ’s The new website, like Student Leadership journal, originates out of ñ’s vision to see students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed and world changers developed.

ñ vice presidents Jim Lundgren (Director of Collegiate Ministries), Barney Ford (Director of Strategic Ministries) and Paula Fuller (Director of Multiethnic Ministries) worked with the campus web ministry team to develop a website aimed at broadening ñ’s ministry on campus in a way that the Student Leadership journal could not accomplish. “The audience will expand to include users beyond student leaders,” Jim Lundgren said. “It will include all college students and faculty in the broader university community, including those on campuses where ñ has no current work.”

“StudentSoul.org communicates content through a variety of genres,” says Jon Boyd, StudentSoul.org project manager and liaison with ñ’s Web development team. “Students will be able to participate in several ways. They’ll be able to contribute questions for interviews, submit issues they need help with, and comment on articles and stories. This is a site with growth capabilities built in.”
