What you'll do

Leading from Scripture

Staff regularly lead bible study, preach the word, help others understand it, and  empower others to lead bible study.

Leading from Prayer

Staff model listening to God,  lead students and faculty in prayer ministry and prayer rhythms, and intercede for the campus as a whole.

Leading in Evangelism & Community

Staff embody the gospel in campus outreach, build community, and develop a student and faculty leadership team.

Prioritizing Spiritual & Personal Development

Staff participate in theological and spiritual formation in addition to developing cross-cultural skills and emotional intelligence.

Developing Ministry Partners

We can't do this alone, and we rely on partnership. Staff spend significant effort building partnerships for prayer, fundraising, and other support needs.

Navigating  Team & Organization Life

Being on staff means working with team members and area leadership. Relational ministry, resolving conflicts, and managing others are critical skills for every campus staff.

FAQs

For over 75 years, ÂÌñÒùÆÞ has had a vital presence on hundreds of college campuses, courageously proclaiming Jesus as Lord and Savior, engaging in discipleship around Scripture, and loving people of every ethnicity and culture.

ÂÌñÒùÆÞ Staff are expected to affirm  ÂÌñÒùÆÞ's Doctrinal Statement. In addition to this, ÂÌñÒùÆÞ affirms:

  • the leadership of women at all levels
  • the church’s historic position on human sexuality
  • a commitment to ethnic reconciliation and justic.e

While we don’t require a ministry degree, having some sort of ministry leadership experience is preferred. ÂÌñÒùÆÞ staff are developed through theological and spiritual formation and trainings on ethnic reconciliation and justice, cross-cultural ministry, event planning, financial management, and more.

In order for our staff to thrive on mission, we offer a robust benefits program. For details, please see our benefits guide.

We call fundraising Ministry Partnership Development (MPD). ÂÌñÒùÆÞ staff may raise up to 100% of their support.

Being on mission with ÂÌñÒùÆÞ requires developing a team to financially support your ministry, inviting them to join in what God is doing on campus. New staff receive training and often do MPD in community with others.
